ÖZET Bu çalışmada 17 Eylül 1938-9 Eylül 1939 tarihleri arasında yayımlanan Resimli Hafta dergisi ele alınmıştır. Resimli Hafta dergisinin sahibi ve umumi neşriyat müdürü Hasan Rasim Us ’dur. 52 sayıdan oluşan derginin her sayısı 36 sayfadan oluşurken 7. Sayısı 52 sayfa olarak yayımlanmıştır. Her sayısı 5 kuruştan satılmıştır. Derginin Türkiye için abonelik fiyatları seneliği 265 kuruş, 6 aylığı 150 kuruş, yurt dışı abonelik fiyatı ise 350 kuruş olarak belirlenmiştir. Dergide toplam 20 yazar bulunurken sıklıkla yazanlar ise Nurullah Ataç, Reşat Ekrem Koçu, Muzaffer Esen ve İ. H. Baltacıoğlu’dur. Resimli Hafta tarih, edebiyat, kadın, çocuk, spor, magazin, moda, sinema, aktüalite vb. konuları içermektedir. Derginin yayın hayatı dönemin yaşanılan edebi, kültürel, siyasi birçok konuyu ele alması bakımından dönemine ışık tutar. Resimli Hafta ismine ithafen birçok fotoğraf ve resmi bünyesinde taşımıştır. Resimli Hafta dergisinin çıkış amacına baktığımızda derginin günün şartlarına uygun olarak insanların arzu ve isteklerini yerine getirme hedeflerini güttüğü görülür. Bu amaçla okuyucuya faydalı olmak isteğindedir. Özellikle kadın okuyucuların isteklerine dikkat çeker ve okuyuculara isteklerini bildirmeleri halinde imkân olanları yapmayı vazife olarak kabul etmiştir. Dergi her kesimden insana hitap etmekle beraber insanların isteklerine uygun içerik üreterek kapsamlı bir dergi niteliği gösterir. Bu çalışmayla, Resimli Hafta dergisini inceleyerek literatüre katkı sunmayı hedefledik. Derginin; v elliklerini, yayın politikasını, Türk basın hayatındaki yerini değerlendirmeye odaklandık. ABSTRACT In thıs study, the Resimli Hafta magazine published between 17 September 1938 and 9 September 1939 is handled. The owner of the Resimli Hafta magazine and its director of publiscations is Hasan Rasim Us. Each issue of the magazine, which consists of 52 issues, consisted of 36 pages. Each issue was sold for 5 cents. Subscription prices fort he magazine in Turkey was 265 cents per year, 150 cents for 6 months, and the subscription price abroad was 350 cents. There were a total of 20 authors in the magazine, while those who wrote frequently were Nurulah Ataç, Reşat Ekrem Koçu, Muzaffer Esen and I.H. Baltacıoğlu is. Resimli Hafta includes history, literatüre, women, children, sports, magazines, fashion, cinema, actuality and similar topics. The publication life of the Magazine sheds light on the period in terms of addressing many cultural, political and similar issues experienced in the period. The magazine included many photopraphs and paintings dedicated to his name. Looking at the purpose of the publication of the Resimli Hafta magazine, pursues the goals of fulfilling people’s desires and wishes in accordance with the conditions of the day. For this purpose, it is determined to be useful to the reader. İt draws attention to the wishes of female readers in particular and has a duty to do what is possible for readers if they report their wishes. Along with the appeals to people from all walks of life, the magazine shows the quality of a comprehensive magazine by producing content suitable for the demands of demands of people. With this study, we focused on contributing to the literatüre by studying the journal, evaluating the characteristics of the journal, its publication policy and its vii place in Turkish press life.
