ÖZET Türkiye‟de mesleki ve teknik anadolu lisesinde (MTAL) öğrenim gören öğrencilerin iĢ piyasasına girebilmeleri, kendilerini ifade edebilmeleri, iĢ hayatına adapte olabilmeleri kapsamlı bir mesleki eğitimden geçmektedir. Öğrenciler 4 yıl boyunca MTAL‟ de seçmiĢ oldukları alan ve dallar doğrultusunda mesleğe yönelik dersler almaktadır. Bunlardan biri de muhasebe ve finansman bölümüdür. Bu bölümde öğrenciler gerek bilgisayar laboratuvarında, gerekse sınıflarda kendi alan ve dallarına göre meslek dersleri görmektedir. Lise 9. 10. ve 11. sınıflarda ağırlıklı olarak meslek dersleri ve genel kültür derslerini görmektedirler. 12. Sınıfta öğrenciler haftanın 2 günü okulda eğitim görmekte diğer günler ise “ĠĢletmelerde Beceri Eğitimi (ĠBE)” kapsamında kamu kurumlarında ve özel sektörde staj görmektedirler. ÇalıĢmanın sonucunda; araĢtırmaya katılan öğrencilerin %17,4‟ ü staj süresini yeterli bulmamıĢtır. %29,4‟ ü staj yeri bulurken zorluk çektiğini belirtmiĢ. %14,4‟ ü stajyer öğrencilere karĢı önyargı olduğunu belirtmiĢ. %16,2‟ si iĢyerlerinin stajyerler için gerekli ortamı hazırlamadıklarını belirtmiĢ. %28,2‟ si iĢ yerlerinin stajyer ücretlerini tam ödemediğini ifade etmiĢtir. %16,8 i koordinatör öğretmenlerinin iĢ yerlerini düzenli ziyaret etmediğini ifade etmiĢ. %25,8‟ i stajyerlerin ucuz iĢgücü olarak görüldüğünü belirtmiĢ. %30,6‟sı stajyerin bölümü dıĢındaki iĢlerde çalıĢtırıldığını ifade etmiĢtir. %49,7‟ si iĢ yerinde aynı iĢi tekrar etmenin olumsuz etkisini ifade etmiĢtir. ABSTRACT In our countr, vocational and technical anatolian high scholl students to enter the labor market, to express themselves, to adapt to business life more quickly needs a good vocational training. The students take vocational courses in the vocational and technical anatolian high school in accordance with the fields and branches they choose for 4 years. One of them is accounting and finance departmen, In this department, students take vocational courses according to their fields and branches either in the computer lab or in the classrooms. In the 9th, 10th and 11th grades of the high school, they mainly take vocational courses and also general culture courses. In the 12th grade, students are educated at school 2 days a week and on the other days they receive internship both in public institutions and in the private sector within the scope of Skill Training in Businesses. So, the practice of the theoretical courses taken bye the students for 3 years is performed in the internship life and prepares the student fort he labor market.At the end of the study, 17,4 % of the students, involved in this study found the period of internship insufficent. 29,4 % of them expressed that they had difficulty VII in finding the internship place. 14,4 % of the students expressed that there was predujice against interns. 16,2 % of them expressed that workplaces did not provide the necessary condition fort he students. 28,2 % of the students expressed that workplaces do not pay interns‟ salaries overall. 16,8 % of them stated that the coordinator teachers do not visit workplaces regularly. 25,8 % of the students also expressed that interns are seen as a low-cost labor. 30,6 % of them expressed that the trainee students were employed in jobs which were outside of their departments. 49,7 % also expressed the negative influence of repeating the same things at work.
